Seshasayee Paper And Boards Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on March 24, 2012, have given in principle approval for the merger of M/s SPB Papers Limited with M/s Seshasayee Paper and Boards Limited. The Company further wish to inform that the final consideration of the Scheme of Arrangement in this regard, will be done by the Board of Directors, before end of April 2012.
