Sundaram Finance Limited has informed the Exchange that it has been decided to consider the audited annual accounts for the year ended March 31, 2012 within the permitted time of sixty days. Hence, the Company will not be furnishing/ publishing the unaudited results for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2012.
