Texmaco Rail & Engineering Limited has informed the Exchange that as the Audited Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2011 would be published before the expiry of 60 days from close of financial year, hence Company will not separately publish / release to the Stock Exchanges the Un-audited quarterly results for the period January 01, 2011 to March 31, 2011.
