The Great Eastern Shipping Company Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 03, 2012 have recommended final dividend of Rs. 3.50 per equity share for the Financial Year 2011-12. The final dividend, if approved by the shareholders, will be paid on or after, August 09, 2012.
