The Oudh Sugar Mills Limited has informed the Exchange that instead of publishing the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the last quarter ended June 30, 2012 within 45 days of the close of the quarter, we will publish the Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended June 30, 2012 within a period of 60 days from the close of the Financial Year i.e. by August 29, 2012.
