Wyeth Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 28, 2012 the following Matters were noted/ decision were taken: 1) Mr. Aijaz Tobaccowalla was appointed as an Additional Director effective June 28, 2012. 2) The Board noted the resignation of Mr. Kewal Handa as Managing Director and Director of the Company with effect from end of day August 15, 2012. 3) Mr. Aijaz Tobaccowalla was appointed Managing Director of the Company effective commencement of business August 16, 2012, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting and the Central Government.
