Nabard sanctions Rs90-cr loan to Karnataka for rural infra projects: report

The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Nabard) has sanctioned Rs90.12 crores as loan assistance to the State Government of Karnataka for developing rural infrastructure in various districts.


According to reports, the projects sanctioned covers rural roads, bridges, social sector projects, including backward class hostels, secondary schools, first grade colleges and industrial training institutes.  


Projects have been sanctioned under the Rural Infrastructure Development Fund (RIDF XVI).
