The board of Nandan Exim in its meeting on 06 February 2013 has approved the proposal to expand its Denim capacity and forays into new era of shining production at an enhanced expansion project cost of Rs 814 crore as increased from Rs 261 crore.
The board has approved the appointment of T S Bhattacharya, ex-managing director of State Bank of India as additional director on the board of the company.
