The board of Nestle India in its meeting on 07 December 2011 has declared second interim dividend at the rate of Rs 27.00 per equity share (270%) for the year 2011 on the entire issued, subscribed and paid up share capital of the company of 96,415,716 equity shares of the nominal value of Rs 10 each.
