Nitesh Estates has announced that Nitesh Urban Development, a subsidiary of Nitesh Estates on 28 September 2011 has launched the Green Residential Project of 417 units named NITESH CAPE COD at Marathahalli - Sarjapur Outer Ring Road, IT hub of Bangalore. This project will yield a total revenue of Rs 300 crore over next 30 Months adding significant income on consolidated basis to the company.
