The board meeting of Northgate Technologies will be held on 12 July 2012 to take on record and to implement the composite scheme of arrangement and amalgamation under section 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 between Northgate Technologies, Northgate Com Tech and Green Fire Agri Commodities approved by the Honorable High Court of Andhra Pradesh.
