The board of Odyssey Corporation in its meeting on 02 September 2011 has converted 15,10,000 warrants into equity capital of 15,10,000 equity shares of Rs 38 each and allotted 15,10,000 equity shares which were issued on conversion of out of 1,47,00,000 warrants into 1,47,00,000 equity shares on preferential basis.
