The board of Aarey Drugs & Pharmaceuticals in its meeting on 17 March 2010 has approved the rights issue of 1,00,00,800 equity shares of Rs. 10 each to the existing shareholders in the proportion of 2 equity share of Rs. 10 each for every existing 1 equity shares of Rs. 10 each at the issue price of Rs. 25 per equity share.
