China’s trade surplus swells; Exports, imports down

China's exports declined 0.5% from a year earlier, the customs bureau said today. Imports dropped by a more-than-forecast 15.3%, it added.

Grasim Industries' shareholders approves scheme of amalgamation

The equity shareholders of Grasim Industries have approved the scheme of amalgamation of Samruddhi Cement with UltraTech Cement.

This was approved at the extraordinary general meeting held on 25 February 2010.
