Ramesh Narayan, one of the directors of Twilight Litaka Pharma has resigned, vide his letter dated 14 January 2010.
The board of directors in its meeting held on 30 January 2010 has noted the said resignation and have appointed Ramesh S. Gadgil as additional director of the company.
