The committee of Oracle Financial Services Software in its meeting on 26 February 2013 has allotted 6,950 equity shares of face value of Rs 5 each to the eligible employees of the company who have exercised their stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2002, Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2010 and the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2011.
