For the audited full year, net profit declined 35.35% to Rs 103.11 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 159.48 crore during the previous year ended March 2011. Sales rose 6.71% to Rs 1701.71 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 1594.68 crore during the previous year ended March 2011.
