Indraprastha Gas Ltd. has informed that the Petroleum & Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) has filed a Special Leave Petition in the Supreme Court against the order dated June 1, passed by the Delhi High Court.
The company has received a copy of the PNGRB Special Leave Petition.
It may be mentioned that the Delhi High Court vide its order dated June 1, had quashed the PNGRB order dated April 9.
Shares of Indraprastha Gas slipped after the company announced SLP filing by the PNGRB.
At 12:42 pm (IST), Indraprastha Gas' stock was at Rs 223.70 on BSE, down Rs 9.35 or 4% over the previous close. It earlier fell as low as Rs 210.
More than 4.4 lakh shares changed hands on the BSE versus a two-week average of 3.6 lakh shares.
