For the Audited full year,net profit declined 28.46% to Rs 54.16 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 75.71 crore during the previous year ended March 2011. Sales declined 8.30% to Rs 2238.34 crore in the year ended March 2012 as against Rs 2440.92 crore during the previous year ended March 2011.
