The board of Panchmahal Steel in its meeting on 22 May 2012 has recommended dividend at the rate of Rs 2.50 per share (25%).
The board has noted the cessation of Satish Kumar Gupta as nominee director of Asset Reconstruction Company India on the board of the company.
