The members of Pankaj Piyush Trade & Investment have approved to increase the authorised capital of the company from Rs 2.50 crore to Rs 21 crore.
Further, the members have approved capitalization of Rs 18 crore for issue of 45 bonus equity shares of Rs 10 each credited as fully paid up for every 1 existing fully paid equity share of Rs 10 each held by members.
This was approved at the extraordinary general meeting held on 13 August 2012.
