The board of Paraan in its meeting on 08 August 2011 has decided to enter into an MoU with Asis Logistics for taking over the business along with the certain assets and liabilities. The MoU is subject to due diligence and valuations of the business and further, it is also subject to approval of the lender bankers, secured creditors and shareholders' approval of Asis Logistics.
