The board meeting of Parle Software will be held on 15 May 2012 to consider the audited financial results of the company for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2012 and to consider the audited consolidated financial results of the company and its associates for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2012. The board will also consider recommendation of dividend, if any.
