The board of Parth Alluminium in its meeting on 10 August 2011 has approved the appointment of Chanderlal B Ambwani as managing director of the company, subject to approval of shareholders.
The board has approved the appointment of Kanhiyalal D Moolchandani, Prakash U Tekwani and Jaikishan R Ambwani as additional directors of the company.
Further, the board has accepted the resignation of Kiran K Kansara and Maulika K Kansara, directors of the company.
