The committee of Patni Computer Systems has approved the grant of 2,250 ADRs linked Restricted Stock Units at an exercise price of Rs 4 per ADR to an eligible option holder of the company and its subsidiaries under the company's Stock Option Plan (Patni ESOP 2003 (Revised 2009)). Each ADR represents two underlying equity shares of Rs 2 each of the company.
