The board of Permanent Magnets in its meeting on 30 March 2011 has accepted the resignation of Shyam Sunder Taparia, managing director of the company.
Sharad Taparia who was executive director of the company has been appointed as new managing director of the company, subject to approval of shareholders.
Further, the board has accepted the resignation of Anil Kumar Taparia from the directorship of the company.
