The board of Polo Hotels in its meeting on 24 January 2012 has allotted 50,43,882 equity shares of Rs 10 each and 50,43,882 compulsory convertible preference shares (CCPS) of Rs 10 each as fully paid-up to the shareholders of A R D Realty, pursuant to scheme of amalgamation.
