Porsche customers are very satisfied with their workshop’s service performance: Dr. Ing h.c. F. Porsche AG, Stuttgart, emerged as the best German automotive manufacturer from a current survey by the famous US market research institute J.D. Power and Associates.
Approximately 84,000 US car owners who acquired their new vehicles between one and three years ago were polled for the Customer Service Index 2012 (CSI).
In addition to repair services, the Porsche drivers included in the poll gave a particularly positive assessment of personal care. The clear verdict: Porsche service advisors are characterised by a high degree of technical expertise, flexibility in agreeing appointments and by their friendly demeanour and helpfulness.
Porsche sets great store by very high service standards that are the same the world over. The sports car manufacturer isn’t just constantly raising the quality and thoroughness of its repair and maintenance standards through continuous improvement processes but also optimises the call on its customers’ time to their advantage – from the making of the appointment to receipt of the vehicle to its return.
