The members of Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision have appointed Shah, Shah & Shah, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai as auditors of the company to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of Walker Chandiok & Co., Chartered Accountants, Mumbai.

This was decided at the extraordinary general meeting held on 03 December 2010.
