Rama Newsprint & Papers has announced that P S Maharaj has been appointed as an additional director of the company with effect from 16 December 2010.

The company has appointed P S Maharaj as executive director of the company for a period of 3 years with effect from 16 December 2010 subject to necessary approval from the shareholders at the ensuing annual general meeting of the company.
