The board of Chhattisgarh Industries in its meeting on 10 March 2011 has appointed Arihant Suresh Jain and Keshav Goyal as directors of the company with effect from 01 March 2011.

Further, the board has accepted the resignation of Sumit Kumar Agarwal and Akash Singhvi from directorship from the company with effect from 01 March 2011.
