The board of Axis Bank in its meeting on 27 April 2012 has decided to appoint V Srinivasan and Somnath Sengupta, Executive Directors of the bank as whole time directors of the Bank with effect from the date as may be approved by RBI. The appointments will also be subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Bank.
