Mutual funds (MFs) bought shares worth a net Rs 110.90 crore on Thursday, 21 March 2013, compared with outflow of Rs 82.80 crore on Wednesday, 20 March 2013.

The net inflow of Rs 110.90 crore on Thursday, 21 March 2013, was a result of gross purchases Rs 606.90 crore and gross sales Rs 496 crore. The S&P BSE Sensex had shed 91.32 points or 0.48% to settle at 18,792.87 on that day, its lowest closing level since 26 November 2012.

Mutual funds have sold shares worth net Rs 1582.30 crore in March 2013 so far (till 21 March 2013).
