Jaypee Infratech Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 14, 2012,  to consider raising of funds/resources through equity/debt/equity related instruments with various Domestic/International options including QIP/ECBs/FCCBs/ADRs/GDRs/FPO/Optionally or Compulsorily Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares, etc. for the Company's project.
