The committee of Provogue (India) in its meeting on 12 March 2012 has allotted 11,43,57,095 equity shares of Re 1 per share to the eligible shareholders of the company i.e., 1 fully paid up equity share of face value of Re 1 for every 1 equity share of face value Rs 2 held by the shareholders.
