The board of Prraneta Industries in its meeting on 19 May 2011 has appointed Manish Bhupendra Thakkar as additional director of the company.
Further, the board has accepted the resignation of Vijay Narayan Joshi, Govind Sharma and Radheshyam Sharma, directors of the company.
