In his letter, Mr. Chandrasekhar points out how the telecom companies belonging to the Tata Group have been the biggest beneficiaries of the out-of-turn spectrum allocations and the flip-flop policies of the Government – the very decisions that Mr.Tata now wants investigated.
Mr. Chandrasekhar asks how Tata Group took on board the very individual, who as Chairman of TRAI, was the architect of illegal policy decisions that helped Telecom companies of the Tata Group receive unfair advantage at the cost of other telecom companies.
