Ram Informatics has appointed Katta Sreekanth Reddy, Kothapalli Visweswar Rao and Valipireddy Venkata Vinod Kumar as independent directors of the company with effect from 10 February 2012.
Further, the board has accepted the resignation of S K Mathur and G Hara Gopal from the directorship of the company with effect from 10 February 2012.
