Rama Petrochemicals appoints additional director

The board of Rama Petrochemicals in its meeting on 27 May 2011 has appointed C R Malaviya as additional director of the company with effect from 27 May 2011.

Further, Satinderjit Singh Arora has ceased to be a director of the company with effect from 27 May 2011.
