Asian Star Company has fixed 21 July 2012 as the record date for the issue of bonus shares in the proportion of 1 fully paid up bonus share of face value of Rs 10 each for every 2 existing fully paid up equity shares of Rs 10 each held by the shareholders as on the record date.
