The share allotment committee of Religare Enterprises in its meeting on 25 May 2012 has allotted 4,000 equity shares of the company on exercise of stock options under the Religare Enterprises Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme 2006 (ESOS). The paid up equity share capital of the company post ESOP allotment is 14,93,68,553 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating Rs 149.37 crore.
