Religare Mutual Fund has announced change in fund management responsibilities of the certain schemes with effect from 14 August 2012. The details are:

Religare Contra Fund presently managed by Mr. Vetri Subramaniam will now be jointly managed with Amit Ganatra. Amit Ganatra is aged 32 years and holds B.com, CA, CFA as his educational qualification.

Religare Infrastructure Fund presently managed by Amit Ganatra will now be jointly managed with Pranav Gokhale. Pranav Gokhale is aged 34 years and holds M.com, CA as his educational qualification.

Religare Monthly Income Plan presently managed by Sujoy Das (for debt investments) and Vetri Subramanium (for equity investments), will now be managed by Sujoy Das (for debt investments) and Pranav Gokhale (for equity investments).

Religare Monthly Income Plan Plus presently managed by Sujoy Das (for debt investments) and Vetri Subramanium (for equity and Gold ETF investments), will now be managed by Sujoy Das (for debt investments), Pranav Gokhale (for equity investments) and Nitish Sikand (for Gold ETF investments). Nitish Sikand is aged 36 years and holds B.com, MBA (Finance) as his educational qualification.

Accordingly, the write up of Mr. Vettri Subramanium will be deleted from SID of Religare Monthly Income Plan & Religare Monthly Income Plus and the following wirte up of Amit Ganatara, Pranav Gokhale and Nitish Sikand will be added in SID of respective schemes of Religare Mutual Fund.

Further, Kushal Agarwal - Dealer - Fixed Income has resigned from the services of Religare Asset Management Company Limited, with effect from close of business hours on 10 August 2012 and accordingly he has ceased to be an employee and Key Personnel of Religare AMC.
