Net profit of Rolta India declined 12.98% to Rs 87.75 crore in the quarter ended March 2012 as against Rs 100.84 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2011. Sales declined 9.91% to Rs 334.01 crore in the quarter ended March 2012 as against Rs 370.75 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2011.
In the consolidated results, the company reported net profit after minoriy interest of Rs 67.28 crore in the quarter ended March 2012 as against Rs 84.04 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2011. Sales reported to Rs 426.15 crore in the quarter ended March 2012 as against Rs 460.34 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2011.
