The board of S Mobility in its meeting on 09 February 2012 has appointed Rajiv Makhni as additional director of the company with effect from 09 February 2012.
The board has accepted the resignation of Thomas Henrik Zilliacus from the directorship with effect from 09 February 2012.
Further, R S Desikan has been appointed CEO of the company.
