S Mobility has announced that the company has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary in the name of S Mobile Devices.
Further, the board of directors of the company have approved the sale/ transfer of the handset business of the company to S Mobile Devices, subject to the approval of the shareholders and such other approvals as may be required.
