The board of Sadbhav Engineering on 14 November 2011 has approved the allotment of 4,08,500 equity shares of Re 1 each to the eligible employees on exercise of stock options under the Sadbhav Employee Stock Option Scheme 2008 (ESOS Scheme 2008).
The paid up equity share capital of the company, post allotment is 15,02,84,300 equity shares of Re 1 each, aggregating to Rs 15.02 crore.
