The members of Sanjay Leasing have approved to increase the authorised share capital of the company from Rs 50 lakh to Rs 1.50 crore.
Further, the members have approved to issue and allot 9 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each to the persons in promoter group.
This was approved at the extraordinary general meeting held on 21 February 2012.
