For the audited full year, net profit declined 40.29% to Rs 2.89 crore in the year ended March 2011 as against Rs 4.84 crore during the previous year ended March 2010. Sales declined 34.58% to Rs 3.84 crore in the year ended March 2011 as against Rs 5.87 crore during the previous year ended March 2010.
