The board of Shilpi Cable Technologies in its meeting on 19 November 2011 has approved the proposed scheme of amalgamation of Shilpi Cabletronics with Shilpi Cable Technologies and other connected matters.
Further the company has announced that, since the transferor company is a wholly owned subsidiary of the transferee company-Shilpi Cable Technologies, no new share will be issued pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation.
