Shiva Cement on 27 April 2011 has signed a MOU with Government of Odisha for expanding the plant capacity upto 2.6 million TPA in two phases. This is envisaging capital investment of Rs 800 crore, Government has agreed to provide additional land & mines besides other utilities such as power and water for the project.
